Disebabkan susah sangat nak hafal medical surveillance ni, dengan ini saya memutuskan untuk menaip apa yang telah diingati dalam post kali ni, sebab tahu bukan ada orang baca pon. huhu. T_T.

Step 1 : Upon initially assignment or institution of medical surveillance.
              1. General physical examination.
              2. medical history taken, including : History of blood transfussion, history of hospitalization, alcohol intake, etc.
              3. A serum obtained for determine : Total bilirubin, serum glutamate oxacalate transaminase (SGOT), serum glutamate pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), etc.


Step 2 : Medical surveillance shall be performed :
             1. Every 6 month in certain condition
             2. Anually and age related
             3. Government related
             4. In the physician descrition.


Step 3 : Each employees exposed to the emergency, shall be afforded appropriate medical surveillance.


Step 4 : A statement of an employee's suitability for continued exposure, including use of protective equipment and respirators, shall be obtained from examining physician promptly after each examination. The copy of the physician statement shall be provided to all employees.


Step 5 : If any employees health would be materially impaired by continues exposure, each  employee shall be withdrawn from the possible contact.


Step 6 : Laboratory analyses for all biological specimens including medical examination shall be performed in accreditated laboratory.
